We invite you to a little mathematical puzzle!
Let's do some calculations together!
Consider a two-shift operation in a factory, assuming 250 working days per year and considering only one tool change per shift. The number of tool changes amounts to 500.
With manual clamping tool holders, assuming an additional 10 minutes per tool change, there is a downtime of 80-100 working hours per year, which adds up to a half-month of lost working time. And as we know, time is money.
This can result in an annual revenue loss of up to 1 million HUF. That's a significant amount, isn't it?
Moreover, if there are more tool changes per shift, the losses can further increase.
Upon examining the above issue, the Italian manufacturer TEDA concluded that they would develop a product that reduces tool change time, thereby increasing the capacity of press brakes and enhancing the competitiveness of companies.

Prioritizing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, in 1996 they introduced the first pneumatic quick tool change system, which allows for vertical changes of both PROMECAM and WILA system tools.
The TEDA system can be installed on any press brake, and the investment cost pays off in the first year!
And we haven't even accounted for the additional benefits yet:
Stable clamping
Optimal selection of fastening locations
Less reliant on operator precision during fastening, resulting in improved production accuracy.
