We have the largest service team in the sheet metal industry at the domestic level.

Our machine tools are capable of serving the needs of their owners reliably for decades. However, this requires professional installation, proper maintenance, and, if necessary, skilled repairs. Our team of seven experienced technicians ensures expert care throughout the entire lifecycle of the machines, keeping your business constantly in motion.
Our machine tools typically consist of a variety of moving and wearing parts, which inevitably breakdown or require replacement due to wear and tear over time. In such cases, our professionally trained colleagues respond promptly to the reported issues and carry out the necessary repairs on-site. If you operate multiple machines, it is beneficial to enter into a maintenance contract with us. For contracted partners, we can initiate problem resolution within 24 hours.
Our technicians regularly participate in domestic training sessions and educational programs organized by our international manufacturing partners to ensure that they possess up-to-date expertise, always ready to serve you effectively.
Our service vehicle fleet is well-equipped with modern tools necessary for machine handling and repairs, which are provided based on prior arrangements.
During the commissioning of new machines, we also offer basic training to our partners. Our service technicians demonstrate the operation of the machine and hand it over in operational condition to designated personnel at your company.
If you require more than just a basic understanding of the machine's functions, we can accommodate individual requests for more in-depth professional knowledge. We also organize group training sessions with the involvement of experts from the manufacturing company. The location of these sessions can be arranged either at your company's premises or in our dedicated training facility.
