The innovative TZ model emerged as a synergy and further development of two previous models, THAKO and ZR series. The TZ combines the best elements of Swiss engineering skills from centuries past and, through numerous innovations, it is now truly impressive on its own.

The machine frames are "rigid C-frame" which, with vertical tool adjustment, generates a large amount of vertical clamping force for folding.

Integration of globally unique kinematic control axis technology is not only technically intelligent but also offers real added value by evenly distributing all machine frame outputs across the clamping and foldable beams.

Additional free space and flexibility are provided by the newly designed CLAMPING FIXTURES and OFFSET Folding Springs. With state-of-the-art drive technology and the STOP & GO function, the TZ ensures significantly improved energy efficiency, with substantially greater drive dynamics.

Torsion-free profiles are created by a smooth, servo-controlled DYNAMIC CROWNING system that impressively counteracts any potential edge pressure effects. The NEW LONGITUDINAL SLITTER concept separates from the folding beam, thus preventing any disruptive effects during bending.
