Excellent performance - low operating costs
1./ General Advantages
- All laser cutting machines are manufactured in Japan, in Nagoya, and all machine components are produced by Mitsubishi in their own factories without suppliers. This guarantees the highest quality.
- They have been manufacturing and selling laser cutting machines since 1977, providing them with extensive experience.
- Continuous development ensures that new innovations are only introduced when perfect operational safety is achieved.
- Over 300 machines sold in Europe and 13,000 worldwide.
- A massive spare parts and service center located in Ratingen, Germany, with 167,000 different parts in stock and 20-4 delivery service.
- They offer spare parts support for up to 35 years.
- Equipped with bar code reader systems - the operator simply scans the bar codes, and the cutting process starts.
- Can be optimized for mobile phones, with a web-based manufacturing monitoring and support system.
- Night-saving mode - allows for 24-hour production with reduced operating speed and quiet noise reduced mode.
- Excellent exhaust and filtering system, emitting air cleaner than required by regulations, the captured fumes can be used for hall heating.
- Compatible with any CAD/CAM software.
2./ Common features of Cross Flow and Fiber system machines:
- The head is break-resistant, secured electromagnetically, so the machine instantly registers where the error occurred, and the operator only needs to perform the repositioning of the head to the center.
- Temperature correction: If there is a change in the ambient temperature of the machine, it compensates for the resulting size variations.
- The nozzle moves very close to the material during cutting, minimizing gas wastage and resulting 3% save.
- There is no need to position the sheet on the table; the machine automatically detects the edges.
- F-Cut cutting: The head doesn’t stop at the beginning of the cut and the end of the contour during cutting.
- Short hole piercing time, even for thick sheets.
- Automatic sheet feeder and sorting system are available separately or together.
- The cutting head is only touched when it is necessary.
